GitHub just suspended GitHub-actions[bot]
The github actions default issued identity service account just turned to "Ghost" breaking all Github actions builds. The https://www.githubstatus.com/ just shows degraded performance as of 2026-05-26T11:17 UTC

Seeing the same on our side, and now no github action is even getting picked up in our repo.

They are now reporting that is a major incident: > We are investigating authentication issues leading to failure in starting Actions runs and downloading actions. At this time the majority of Actions runs is impacted.
