My guess is that is attributed to an internal code-freeze and generally reduced traffic. None of their services have 99.9% availability.

Imagine hosting a platform where - aside from major projects - it now has to host and build utter dogshit by the truckloads. I'm not surprised, and I'm also not surprised by the outages that Anthropic has been having lately
