I’ve noticed a sizable decrease in Amazon Prime delivery speed and quality this year. Items often see their delivery window constantly pushed back, even to the next day. Some items have gone missing. Some arrived damaged. A far cry from the early days. Waiting for the inevitable price increase to counterbalance the decreased service.

Uber and Lyft estimates for wait time are wildly inaccurate. My tin foil hat says its a way to get you to commit and commit to the upgraded priority.

Gas prices up, less people driving in Uber?

In the last few years, I have not had a single Uber ride from the airport to my house (15 mins) cost less than $60. Sometimes it's as high as $120. I recently went back to carpooling and being social. Uber has over 30k employees... why? The service quality has not increased in a decade. Ride apps are on an enshittification speedrun, worse than virtually any other company or service out there.

change profile pic to include bra or jockstrap and wait time problem will be less PS: Banks have tampon'd (tamped down on) easy access to new automobiles which significantly affects ride share drivers because they choose to tear their vehicles apart in a desperate attempt to raise free cashflow.
