I look forward to following this issue. We're at an inflection point in AI adoption where, for some uses, it _must_ be trustworthy. Failure to stick to the facts must doom it for such uses until its wild hair reliably and accountably can be tamed.

Huh, I should sue google haha. I have a screenshot of their AI overviews spewing bullshit about my main username from the query "Find jerlendds". Ive tried it again and it appears to be slightly more accurate however my old screenshot says some nonsense about how I help track down international criminal rings via my osintbuddy project. Totally not true and it feels like it painted a target on my back. Too bad I dont have the funds to take them to court in Canada

I pardon to disagree with a but!!! As much as I don't like AI, search engines are dead even if you went De-Google like me. I use Perplexity AI as myc new search engine, it is the only one that trully shows you all the sources it use to fetch the information it is showing you allowing you to conter check. Perplexity AI made searching online fun again, be it for code, anything in general, I just use Perplexity AI. The point is, instead of wasting time with useless posts and what not, it gives me exactly what I am looking for and the source so I can check comments by users and complementary information.
