Just received this via email: > Usage credits purchased on or after December 7 will expire 12 months after the purchase date. Any unused amount after 12 months will be removed from your balance.

Trying to minimize obligations on their financials. It’s good practice and likely due to them attempting to IPO.

In other words: don’t buy a year’s worth of credits. Only give us money more frequently, otherwise you might give us too much money, which we’ll happily keep without giving you what you originally paid for. How often do gift cards lose their balance after 12 months? Seems like a bad deal for consumers.
