It's unreasonable and unfair to ban low-level employees for things that their employer did. Imagine if Google had retaliated to Oracle's Java lawsuit by banning the personal Gmail accounts of every Oracle employee. The only groups of people that it would be reasonable to ban for this are (1) those who actually personally used it themselves, and (2) those who are high enough level managers that they could have vetoed it, but chose not to.

You don’t think openai, google and other companies’ employees don’t do the same thing? Of all the companies where employees are ghost-contributing llm code, Anthropic would be pretty low on my list to ban.
