Welcome to fascism, America. 67% of Americans probably don't even know what this is. Hint: It's when one person "dictates" who you can trade with and influences the price you pay for products. And attempts to extend this solitary influence to elections and control of the military.

This may unironically be the best application for the Blockchain. Vote on permissioned-node-only chain --> 30 seconds where you can verify how your vote was recorded --> Vote anonymized but not stripped of all data --> a quorum of state/provincial election boards can audit the results as adversarially as they'd like. This probably needs to happen, as we're fast entering the "governments are just making things up and/or banning parties they don't like" phase.

I'm surprised it's that low. It's a bi-partisan issue. Both sides believe that the other is trying to manipulate the election.
