The ideological honesty here must be appreciated whatever are one's beliefs with DEI [1] - in that DHH is losing business, but his conviction is strong that he is on the right side of history. This kind of conviction is difficult to find among corporate drones pushing DIE. [1] Which are contextual of course; DIE in, say, Spain is not the same as doing so in the US. Not that HR drones would care.
