It’s quite hilarious to me that Iran is essentially kicking Trumps ass. How do you deal with a military vastly larger than your own? Cut off a large part of the worlds oil supply and let business handle it.

Of course he (Trump) fell for it and both under-estimated how prepared Iran was. They were prepared for more than 30 years and they knew they were next after Venezuela. Iran's foreign minister Araghchi was smirking at the fact that "they were waiting for them". In the last 72 hours, you have just seen a preview about why he was smirking. Even when the pilot survived as his fighter jet was destroyed, landing deep in Iran would have almost 0 chance of survival since any plane deploying US troops would be immediately shot down. So with both the US and Israel's own arrogance, they fell right into Iran's trap.

Trump to Iran: Cave by Tuesday, else we'll obliterate your petrochem. Israel obliterates petrochem. Trump to Iran: Cave by Tuesday or... or...

Europeans who condoned it definitely were. They didn't understand their own reliance on oil.

I am now well on my way to believing Trump is a captured asset for Israel. Netanyahu has done none of the normal ego stroking that every other public figure has needed to do just to get Trump to return a call. And it seems like this war and the previous engagement done last year was done with little respect to our own intelligence agencies. There is no US strategic interest in this war at all, only Israel's. It's against even Trump's character to do this kind of stuff for free without dragging the ally for repayment publicly. Bibi is completely calling the shots here.
