The UK public didn't trust G4S, but they kept getting contracts.

Nobody trusted TCS, but that didn't stop them from getting large gobs of UK IT contracts. (coming soon to a Porsche near you...)

Why wouldnt they? no senior Post Office executives or Fujitsu employees have gone to prison after Horizon IT scandal.
