At least he's learned to keep them in-administration so they don't immediately go write a tell-all book.

I too would like to escape accountability (for murders, illegal imprisonment and kidnapping of people to foreign countries) by my manager putting me in a different department, and the opposing party thinking "Oh, that person's no longer in that position, that's a win for us!" and journalists being scared parrots instead of being a challenging fifth estate.. Did everybody in that country get RFK Jr's brainworm or something?
