Finally a credible source has started reporting on it. There have been some previous discussions about it: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=48678789 but that source was behind a paywall and there weren't much credible sources other than unverified twitter rumour as one HN user had put it saying in a comment there. [Edit: though it does seem like going back to thread re-again it seems that even reuters and Theinformation have reported on it, I wonder who got the news first and was the information leaked or what exactly, again I can't find much non-paywalled information and this bloomberg is paywalled as well :-(( ]

So now they can say stopping mythos+fable wasn't politically motivated. I wonder where this will go. Hopefully there's some concrete legislation for regulation of powerful AI enacted soon.
