If you ever come to Argentina, you can eat "Parrillada" https://www.google.com/search?q=argentina+parrillada&tbm=isc... that has an assorted mix of weird stuff. My recommendation is to go to an all-you-can-eat specialized in meat like "Siga la Vaca", so you can pick beef (or pork/poultry) and salad as the main meal, and ask for small pieces of the other stuff.
