Technofeudalism is a misnomer, as feudalism requires people to exploit their labor, which are linked to some territory or domain. When labor loses its value, it is no longer "feudalism", as there is no value to extract anymore.

The general concept is this: Control through complexity. By making things so complex people don’t understand they’re being controlled or getting fucked up the ass. This is modern society 101, and techno feudalism is just one aspect of it.

So is the internet a public good or not? Should companies be allowed to own and control it or shouldn't they, the analogy would be like if everyone needed a specific device to function in the modern world and only could go to one or two places to realistically get it.
