What a disingenuous title. All people were asked to refrain from clapping, this teacher refused to comply, was asked to leave by the police, then refused to leave and made them drag him out. Then he was subsequently changed with disorderly conduct. I'm not saying you have to agree with the actions taken here. It's fine to argue that they were illegitimate. But summarizing that series of events as "teacher arrested for clapping in opposition" is so misleading that it is almost an outright lie. The situation is more complex than that, nor was it the case (as the headline implies) that this teacher was arrested due to opposing the data center measure.
