South Korea’s experiment with State-Sponsored Romance

Zzz. Any street food vendor understands where the hungry people are at, how to get past the various barriers to them buying from him, how to encourage repeat business, etc. Well ...maybe make that "any street food vendor who will last". Instead of the political performances, SK's leaders could similarly take an honest look at the myriad disincentives and barriers between young Koreans and romance / relationships / marriage / children. But they know those answers are painfully unpalatable - so they keep playing pretend, while kicking the can toward their graves.
