Removal of toxins from the lining is important - this stuff works wonders in that regard. You want to start the next day refreshed, take a little the night before. There's no comparing the side effects to ozempic, as psylium husk only has "two."

All this time and I'm still confused why anyone cares about these drugs. What's the point if so many people on Ozempic or similar have fucked up diets they're never going to fix and refuse to exercise?
