A thunderstorm happened few days ago in the capital left many neighborhoods without power (I think some till now), instead of trying to find a justification to further inflate the prices of realestate, how about investing this money on improving the electricity grid and bury these wires/sub/transformers underground, or the healthcare, or order more MRI maybe so people don’t wait 8 months for a scan, or maybe (wishful maybe) relax the regulation on building houses aka shelters for people rather than relaxing those and making a playbook for another greedy projects, or worse, another way to milk contracts money that funnel back to the same few big companies.
