Do you suppose this is more likely because NYC is covered in tens of thousands of CCTV cameras and ALPRs that Microsoft built for them post-9/11, or because the UWS is some kind of crime-free idyllic countryside like a village in the south of France? The anti-Flock movement is packed with smooth-brain energy. Make no mistake, NYC is covered with cameras head to toe and a proving ground for the most advanced surveillance tech in existence.
