Its really unbelieveable how much energy Nintendo deploys to get down with all these emulators/fan-stuff/etc. Like a hungry lion, trying to eat everything around :-D

Shouldn't the illegal act specifically be distributing and using unauthorized cryptographic keys , not the hosting an emulator?
