Nintendo is not seeking a $200 billion refund. What a stupid headline. Nintendo is among more than 1,000 companies that have filed suit, joining FedEx, Costco, and Revlon in seeking refunds. $200 billion is the total amount claimed by all parties to the suit, inclusive of interest.
