Apparently, and so far, their facilities in the Middle East. Attacks on U.S. soil would only play into the hands of an executive who craves any excuse to invoke emergency powers and martial law. Trump's provocations attempt to create such a situation, and have increased as Epstein evidence has proliferated, along with weakening defenses by firing competent government employees, critically in the military and cybersecurity arenas.
