This is an attempt to sort complex, messy human behavior into neat categories. It's an interesting intellectual exercise, but the real world is more chaotic than that.

When this system of classification is mapped to politics, does anything actionable emerge ?

How to spot a Dunning-Kruger-afflicted idiot: they find or invent a simplistic measure of "intelligence". And then they put themself at or near the top of their imaginary tier system. Also might refer to "IQ" as a thing that means anything, rather than as a dead horse that's been discredited many times over. It's like Myers-Briggs or "Which Hogwarts House Am I?", but worse and less amusing. What's even the point of something like this, if not to stroke egos? Everyone has better shit to do with their time than this.
