Noticeably absent from the possible errors that have led to this - it was generated by AI and the AI hallucinated wrong flags. In fact if this was the cause it totally highlights the benefit of not using AI, because of course the AI hallucinated and the only way to fix it is to either keep trying to use AI to do it, or do it by hand, or using one of the methodologies already mentioned which if those were the cause of the error would be an easily findable and fixable bug.
