Clearly you should be able to come up with a better process than requesting free labor for an unspecified amount of time all for a job in the 75-150k range. Glad to be doing my own thing for now and not have to deal with job search. Though who knows if the profession will even be around if I need to find a job.

i haven't thought of vibeslop as being the next wordpress, but i think it's kinda apt especially since the vibe approach only really works for websites.
