Obviously the right thing to do. How to reliably do it might be a bit difficult, but fortunately a ban doesn't have to be 100% effective to be beneficial.

Isn't the actual effect of "protecting kids" agenda forcing ID check on everybody ? aka "In order to protect your kids we need to watch everybody else more closely too" ? Reminds me that satiric "joke" asking how do you want to have this censorship/online control wrapped - protecting kids or fighting terrorism or AML?
