This case smells like parallel construction. Oklahoma highway cops are pretty aggressive, but an out-of-state license plate hunch correctly leading to a big drug bust seems implausible to me. They already knew drugs were in the car.

I've seen a hundreds of videos of cops catching drug smugglers and I fail to see why flock is needed to catch them. There are tell tales and cops are good at seeing them. Mass surveillance really isn't needed for that police work.
