A much longer, deeper, and more detailed article than I expected. Is anyone in this space, to comment? I'm thinking it'd be reasonable to keep the FCC in charge of communications (radio, lasers, whatever) in space, but have something analogous to the FAA running the show on physical safety & traffic control.
