It's the full video of the episode, automatically dubbed into Korean. I don't know why they thought they would get a fair use pardon. The test is "is this transformative" not "do we drive traffic to the original source" like they claim. Not taking away from the original source's revenue can mitigate damages, but it's not a reason to not unmask them and allow the court to actually decide the case.
