yes of course. this is same thing as second amendment. everyone needs their own local AI models. otherwise yes, tyranny results. these guns are models. get one and learn how to use it. today.

Concentrating power in anything has issues. But especially in an answer machine. Imagine one person has power over those companies they can change reality in ways we never thought possible.
