The title is misleading. This is not a list of companies that need to implement age verification, and it's not about age verification at all. This is a list of companies selected by the ANPD (Data Protection National Agency) to be heard and monitored about the difficulties of the implementation of the law known as ECA Digital, which is not about age verification, but the implementation of mechanisms that avoid kids to be the target of ads, have personal data collected, be the target of e-commerce dark patterns, and the law also includes the implementation of parental control, in-app purchase blockers, and other stuff. Stop spreading misinformation.
