This is the end result of civil disobedience during any public comment session - you get a set amount of time, and if you go over it, you're stopping other people from getting to make comments. Eventually they remove you. I've seen this happen before from activists. It gets you some media, which might be part of your strategy, but usually it's not worth the effort.
