Hilarious that PPD would say "the two-month delay in detecting and reporting the incident to the City is unacceptable" despite "the police had not seen the tip because it was marked as spam." So apparently it's fine if the police indefinitely ignore crime tips marked spam but Anthropic needs to detect and respond immediately to any mistaken actions their agents take.
