Their website is definition of byzantine. I would suggest reading ALL of the FAQ page to even begin finding anything you may be interested in. Best accessed programmatically with wget, and you better already know how to use it effectively.

Hard to imagine 385TB of games... Even an offline server with that much storage would be prohibitively expensive for most people to even begin thinking about. Let alone backup and have available online. Not sure about legalities, but might be cool if Cloudflare or Amazon could help in keeping the resources themselves up via S3/R2 or something similar.
