Love the shifty eyes. Nice work!

This is really fun - love the eyes and the wobble on close jumps! Got 70 jumps on my first try, not sure whether that's good or not, but I do think that platformer gaming experience doesn't hurt... Edit: pompomsheep (who seems to be shadowbanned btw???) tells me that's top 5% for a first-time player... woohoo!

The kind of feedback that makes me feel old: I spent too long thinking I had to tap the little guy so I couldn’t see the charge-up visual feedback behind my finger.

Love it! Perfect casual game - so simple it doesn't even need instructions, intuitive, fun. Challenging.

Such a fun game. It has the right amount of whimsy. Those shifty eyes…

seeing games being showcased in Hacker News is both a rare and a nice thing. they're usually included with some kind of blog/tech demo explaining how they were done, or including a link to the AI model used (if it applies), or some stuff like that; so it was pretty strange for me to see nothing like that. all that said, the game is fairly simple, the UI and controls are pretty good, and it can be fun for a short time.

Genuinely fun! Cool idea.
